WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING & REFUND POLICY?

All Appointments must be secured by a valid credit card.

Absolutely No refunds after service is performed.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/NO SHOW NO CALL POLICY?
Clients with late cancellations and No Shows will be charged 50% of the schedule service total.
* 3 Back to Back cancellations will result in forfeiting future bookings*
WHAT IS YOUR LATE POLICY?
If the client is late to the appointment time will be shorten. Arriving more than 15 min late for your service will result in its cancellation and client will be charged 50% of the schedule service total.
WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULING POLICY?
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You will have up to 3 times
to reschedule before a 50% deposit is required for the appointment.
WHAT IS THE SICKNESS WELLNESS POLICY?
PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT at the first sign of symptoms that may indicate that you're unwell or not feeling 100%. This all applies if you're recovering from feeling unwell, please wait 7-10 days after your feeling well to rebook so we can make sure you're fully recovered. This includes signs of: shortness of breath, fever, cough, temperature increase, body aches/chills, throat soreness or tingle, etc. The owner reserves the right to turn away or refuse to service your appointment should there be any inclination of the aforementioned concerns.
WHAT IS THE AGE POLICY?
Minimum age to be serviced is 15 year old. Under 18 will require parental consent to be signed on client intake form. This is non negotiable. Parents will have to remain on site for their child service and may not drop their children off. Prices nor services will not be altered for children under 18.
By booking a service with Beauty Fountain Esthetics you agree to all of the aforementioned terms. Completion of booking services is confirmation of agreement with the above policies and gives permission to Beauty Fountain Esthetics to draft cancellation or no-show fees.
